Enrolment
Fees

The following fees are applicable upon application and enrolment.

RM1,000

A non-refundable fee, payable by credit/debit card at the end of the online application form upon submission.

Early Years: RM5,000

Primary & Secondary School: RM6,000

A non-refundable one time payment upon acceptance of the Letter of Offer issued by the School.

The Deposit is equivalent to the Tuition Fee for one academic term for Primary and Secondary Schools, and fixed at RM2,000 for Early Years – payable together with the other fees upon the confirmation of admission.

A top-up is required as Tuition Fees increase according to your child’s year group. It is refundable provided one term’s written notice of withdrawal is given in advance while the student is in school. The said notice must be received and acknowledged by the School on or prior to the commencement of the term the student will be withdrawn.

International students must hold the appropriate visa to study in Malaysia. As TIS is a day school without boarding facilities, students are required to reside with their parent(s) or a legal guardian. Where a legal guardian is appointed, official court-issued guardianship documents are required to support eligibility.

Certain visa holders and/or their dependents (e.g. Employment, Resident, Diplomatic, Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H), PVIP or Digital Nomad Pass holders) are required to obtain a yearly Permission to Study stamp before commencing their studies. Students without these visas are required to apply for a Student Pass, which also allows for one Guardian Pass and dependent passes accompanying the Guardian Pass for younger non-school-going siblings under the age of 3.

TIS supports families by preparing the necessary enrolment documents and applying for a Ministry of Education (MOE) Letter of Support to facilitate Immigration submission. As Immigration approval can take up to three months or more particularly during peak periods, families are strongly encouraged to begin the process early and seek guidance from our admissions department.

Enrolment at TIS is conditional upon the student and their parent(s) or legal guardian holding valid visas issued by the Malaysian Immigration Department. Students may only commence school once the necessary approvals have been received.

ol. The said notice must be received and acknowledged by the School on or prior to the commencement of the term the student will be withdrawn.
