At Taylor’s International Schools, sports are a vital part of a well-rounded education, fostering physical health, character, teamwork and resilience.
From Year 1 to Year 11, sport is taught as a specialist subject by qualified PE teacher. The core curriculum promotes excellence across a range of sports while building knowledge in health and fitness. From Year 10, students can further their passion by taking IGCSE Physical Education as an elective subject.
Beyond the classroom, a vibrant co-curricular and extra-curricular programme alongside competitive teams allow students to train, compete and excel at local and regional levels developing confidence, discipline and a lifelong love for sport.

Competitive Sports Teams
At Taylor’s International School, we take great pride in our strong sporting tradition and the outstanding achievements of our student athletes. Representing our two campuses, Taylor’s Thunder (Kuala Lumpur) and Taylor’s Lightning (Puchong) teams consistently compete at the highest levels in both local and regional inter-school competitions.
Across both campuses, we field over 50 competitive sports teams, offering students the opportunity to take part in a wide range of sports through regular league fixtures and weekend tournaments. As active members of the Association of International Malaysian Schools (AIMS), Majlis Sukan Sekolah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (MSSWPKL) and Majlis Sukan Sekolah Selangor (MSSS) leagues, our teams compete at local, regional and international levels, including tournaments across Southeast Asia.
Whether competing for their school or developing their individual skills, our Thunder and Lightning teams consistently embody excellence, resilience and team spirit, hallmarks of the Taylor’s sporting legacy.
