TISKL Eco-Schools Bronze Award

Taylor's International School Kuala Lumpur (TISKL) has been awarded the Bronze award for the year 2023 from Green Growth Asia Foundation. This award is given for the achievement in Education for Sustainable Development and continuously improving the sustainability performance of the school as well as the wider community. The Eco-heroes of the school has dedicated their time and effort in turning the school into a green and sustainable place.
International Curriculum Association Recognised School
TIS Kuala Lumpur has been awarded the 'ICA Recognition' by the International Curriculum Association for our International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC). This is a recognition of our teachers' deep dedication and diligence in providing a high quality implementation of IPC and IEYC for our students. Receiving this is the first step towards the ICA Accreditation in 2024.
The World's First Quantum Learning Distinguished School
Taylor’s International School (TIS) has been recognised as the Quantum Learning Distinguished School by the Quantum Learning Education, one of the most effective teacher development programmes from the United States of America. TIS is the first school in the world to be awarded such a prestigious award. This outstanding achievement represents the deep commitment of the school towards high-quality teaching and learning through the integration of Quantum Learning.
Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards 2019, Malaysia

Two of our students, Wong Jin Wei and Loke Kun Ming were awarded Top in the World in Additional Mathematics for IGCSE. They both scored 100% in their papers. 
This is a tremendous achievement and we are very proud of their success. Congratulations!

Taylor's International School Kuala Lumpur is proud that Lee Jia Jing was awarded the Top in the Malaysia award for his achievement in 'Physical Education’ for IGCSE. This achievement is the first for the school and we are very proud of his success.
IGCSE June 2018 Result - Language Subjects
As a school that focusses on building a strong tri-lingual language foundation in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, we are very proud of our IGCSE language results this year. Congratulations to our students for their outstanding achievement and we wish them success for the rest of their IGCSE examinations.

Following the success from previous years, Taylor's International School Kuala Lumpur is proud that Joshua Toh and Jeong Dong Hoon was awarded the Top in the World award for their achievement in 'Mathematics’ for IGCSE. This is a tremendous achievement, and is a great reflection about the quality of the students and learning that is happening at the school.

These awards make 2017 our most successful IGCSE year to date. Congratulations to all of these students on such fantastic achievements. Five of our students received outstanding student awards from CIE. The awards were as follows:

Following the success from previous years, Taylor's International School Kuala Lumpur is proud that Sylvia Ling Zeqi was awarded the Top in the World award for her achievement in the 2016 ‘Chinese as a First Language’ IGCSE. This is a tremendous achievement, and is a great reflection about the quality of the students and learning that is happening at the school.
Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards, Malaysia
Taylor's International School Kuala Lumpur has only been taking IGCSE's for four years, and every year, the school has been awarded Top in Malaysia or Top in the World awards at IGCSE for different subjects.

2015 has proved to be no different. Cheryl Kok Xiao Ying (in photo) from Year 11 has been awarded Top in Malaysia for IGCSE Chinese as a First Language. TIS Kuala Lumpur is very proud of her achievement and those of all the students sitting languages IGCSE in May. The school had 170 candidates sitting for 230 examinations, with 89% of the grades achieved being A* or A, and 99% being a C or above.

Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards, Malaysia

Taylor’s International School, Kuala Lumpur IGCSE results from 2015 were the best results the school has had since it started these exams in 2012. The School saw 4 top scorers, 3 of which received Top in the Malaysia for Additional Maths, Information & Communication Technology and Co-ordinated Sciences (Double Award) and Top in the World for Chemistry. Kok Xiao Ying who received the Top in the World Award for Chemistry and also Top in Malaysia for First Language Mandarin, says that hardwork and focus will definitely pay off. She advises all students who are taking their IGCSE’s to make sure they put in quality studying rather than the quantity of hours. Tan Jia Le, who received Top in Malaysia for Add. Maths and scored 99% says the key is to be Consistent. Kudos to these top scorers!

2015 UPSR Results

Sri Garden's last cohort of Standard 6 students sat for their UPSR examinations in September and the School is very proud of the achievements of these remaining 14 students. Six of these students achieved straight A's, and we had 100% passes in all subjects. This is a superb achievement and shows the care and commitment that the School has shown to these students in keeping our promise to parents to keep the national curriculum properly through to the end of the transformation phase to an international school. Congratulations to all involved.

  • Ang Kai Yin (in photo) achieved the highest mark in Malaysia for Cambridge IGCSE Economics in November 2014 examinations
  • Emma Ooi (not in photo) achieved the highest mark in Malaysia for Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics (without coursework) in November 2014 examinations
